SHIPPING POLICY

Tulips Hair Boutique is owned and operated by Tulips Hair Boutique LLC.

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Tulips Hair Boutique is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

All orders require the same billing address and shipping address. No Exceptions.

 

 

 

U.S SHIPPING

Tulips Hair Boutique delivers all over the country.

Tulips Hair Boutique orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST). For security reasons, Tulips Hair Boutique will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

All custom orders are processed via FedEx and include insurance. 

Regular orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Priority shipping $12.00 USD 

Express shipping $35.00 USD

Please note: All shipments require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 at the time of delivery.

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Regular orders in stock that are not customized are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

 

Special custom orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days of purchase.

Express shipping on orders in stock must be placed before 12 noon for same day processing and shipping.

Please note: Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery location and the product.

 

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Tulips Hair Boutique provide the tracking numbers, between 2-3 days after payment is successful through the payment processor. Once your order has been processed, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.

 

DELAYS

Tulips Hair Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Tulips Hair Boutique is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Tulips Hair Boutique will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase. 

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Tulips Hair Boutique recommends customers provide a secure delivery address; Tulips Hair Boutique will not ship to any address other than the customer's billing address. No exceptions. Tulips Hair Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 

 

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Tulips Hair Boutique makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
