RETURN POLICY

Tulips Hair Boutique is owned and operated by Tulips Hair Boutique LLC.

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

 

We only return products for exchange once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer. We do not return products that are in transit for delivery or that have not yet been delivered.

Our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on custom orders. All sales are final.

The custom order with Tulips Hair Boutique is completely unique and adapted to each individual due to the specific and precise measures that the buyer provides for its design and production.

We are not responsible for any inappropriate, inaccurate or incorrect measurements that the buyer provides during the purchase of the product. We are not responsible if due to these incorrect measurements the product does not fit.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on custom orders. All sales are final.

Please note: custom products have a production period of 14 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

 

 

EXCHANGES FOR NON-CUSTOM ORDERS

While we provide high quality hair extensions, we also pride ourselves on our customer service and maintaining a high rate of customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-custom order, such as hair bundles, we will be happy to EXCHANGE it for you. 

To initiate and complete an exchange, please email us at contact@tulipshairboutique.com with your order number and we will send you an exchange form to be completed within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. Once approved, all items must be returned within 3 days of return approval.

The customer will have a period of 2 days to request the exchange of the product. If 2 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer an exchange of the product.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us. 

 

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE

  • We will need to know your order number.
  • Items must be in their original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged). 
  • All products must be in their original packaging.
  • Do not untie your bundles, clip or take off hair ties, do not break or remove any tags.
  • Do not tamper, alter, shake, comb, brush, tangle, wash, cut or pick in any shape or form.
  • All exchange must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
  • Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Tulips Hair Boutique reserves the right to reject any exchange which does not comply with our exchange policy. Returns that do not fulfil our exchange policy may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s own cost.

Once the customer completes a return through the carrier, a confirmation email with the tracking number of the shipment is required. Please send us the shipping confirmation with the tracking number once you ship the product back to us to the following email: contact@tulipshairboutique.com.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

While we do our best and exercise our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit, it is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service. If damage to the product occurs during shipping, it is the responsibility of the user to make the appropriate claim to the carrier.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us an email at contact@tulipshairboutique.com, with your order number. 

Remember that you have 2 days from the day of delivery of the product to request an exchange of the product.

 

 

PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE

Once your exchange has been received and accepted, we will send the replacement product through the same shipping service. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the new tracking number.

 

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages. Customers are to make sure they check the correct spelling of their complete address including zip code, any apartment, floor #, unit # or special instructions to ensure successful shipment. Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
